Running is a catalyst for personal growth.
The impact of a great coach has been clear to me since my beginnings in running. I grew up looking up to track and cross country coaches who shaped who I am today. This grew my love for teaching and helping others realize their potential and purpose. My athletic and academic experience in running has also inspired me to share what I’ve learned with others to help them chase their own dreams.
For me, running has been a medium for self-improvement and fulfillment; coaching provides me the opportunity to teach others what I’ve learned, and to help them navigate their own relationship with the sport, and themselves. I find joy in learning from my athletes and look forward to giving back to the sport that has given me so much.

After Hours recognizes that running is a vehicle to so much more than a fast time. We hope to empower our athletes to discover and be curious through the medium of running.
